In 2015 and 2016, I visited Cuba twice; staying in Havana, Trinidad, Cienfuego, Santa Clara, Remedios, Santiago de Cuba, Bayamo, Manzanillo, Guantanamo, and Baracoa.

For me, one word describes Cuba and its people -- FORTITUDE -- mental and emotional strength in facing difficulty, adversity, danger, and/or temptation courageously.

Lights, energy, culture, history and mystery fill London.  From 2011 to 2013, London was home to us. It is a city that draws us in.  Sometimes, its allure is veiled in fog; other times the lights of night illuminate its beauty in a new way.

These pieces showcase the mood and mystery experienced while living within this great city. 

Vast, open vistas span across the state of North Dakota, my birth state. It is here, where I developed a thirst for exploration, an appreciation for simpler features, and an admiration for outdoor nature.

Now, as I travel back to North Dakota, my memories, emotions, and senses dictate the creation of my landscape photography from this state.  Several images are part of my two poetic photo books—Stillness and Awareness.

Sunrise, sunshine, sea spray, sand, waves, festivals, and tourism supply charm and character to the barrier island that stretches between the Boca and Hillsboro Inlets.
